You Scream, We Scream: Anne Hepfer’s Summer Design Inspiration

I have lived in Toronto now long enough to know that it may not be quite time to pack away all the winter jackets and hats, but we must be getting close!! With spring officially here and summer panting on it’s heels, long hot days and trips for ice cream with the kids are on my mind. What better hues to infuse into your home than mint (chocolate chip), raspberry or lemon sorbet, and Georgia peach…yum! I can’t wait to throw open the windows and welcome in the sun.

PS – Aside from North Toronto staples Hollywood Gelato on Bayview and Hotel Gelato on Eglinton West, one of my favourite Toronto discoveries has been Kensington Market Organic Ice Cream. If you haven’t had the pleasure, then add it to your summer bucket list, stat. Last located at 650 Queen Street West, this place is a trip, literally. Think cardamom and vanilla, and strawberry with anise and black pepper. Now that’s something we can all scream for!
